In the unlikely event you don’t like your new cushion cover, send this little baby back unused, within 21 days for a full refund of the initial order price. Spoiler alert: This has happened in less than 1% of orders
Do not use or wash - Items must be returned re-sellable. Just like any other business we need to be able to resell products. If items have been washed or used we will not accept the returns.
If you are not happy send your items back for a refund but in the meantime we recommend you purchase the covers you actually want. We do not guarantee reprints of designs and some stock sells very fast... is there is something available that you love - buy it. If you wait until we receive the return items chances are the design you want will be sold. Once we receive your returns we will process the refund.
